Global leader in materials engineering solutions for the semiconductor industry acquires innovative Patras-based startup

In a deal that has been reported as one of the largest acquisitions in the Greek startup ecosystem the past 10 years, a US-based global leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce chips and advanced displays acquired a Greek startup based in Patras, Greece, specialized in developing and licensing high performance graphics IP technology for ultra-low power and area limited digital devices for semiconductor technology customers.

Christos Golfinopoulos advised and represented the Greek startup throughout the negotiations to a successful closing.
