New forms for notifying concentrations and agreements under articles 4a and 21 respectively of Law

By decision 468/VI/2009, the Hellenic Competition Commission defined the contents of the notification of concentrations under article 4a L.703/77 (concentrations notified within a month from implementation) and issued the relevant notification form. It also clarified that the buyout of a foreign undertaking without presence in Greece shall no longer fall within the notification obligation of article 4a.

By decision 469/VI/2009, the HCC issued a separate notification form for concentrations under article 4a L.703/77 between Media undertakings.

By decision 470/VI/2009, the HCC defined the contents of the notification of agreements and concerted practices under article 21 L.703/77 (concentrations notified within a month from implementation) and issued the relevant notification form.
