Public consultation on proposed measures for strengthening competition in the Greek petrol market

This public consultation is taking place in the context of the Hellenic Competition Commission’s investigation under article 5 of Law 703/1977, which allows the Commission to intervene in a particular sector of the economy adopting regulatory measures, where it finds that no conditions of effective competition exist. The full text of the public consultation is available -in Greek- on the Hellenic Competition Commission’s website (www.epant.gr). Interested parties are invited to submit comments by 5 February 2007.
