One-stop Service for the creation of companies

As of today, the setting up of a company in Greece should take no more than two working days. The new system is in place and has started its operation, replacing all other procedures for the creation of any type of company. Even though system operators, the one-stop Service operators (notaries, local chambers of commerce, KEP), are not yet entirely familiar with the new system as well as their new obligations and responsibilities, it is expected that when fully in operation the new regime shall be an important tool in improving competitiveness and business environment.
