Simplification of publicity obligations for Greek SAs and Ltds

As of 1st July 2012, any publications required by laws 2190/1920 (on SAs) and 3190/1955 (on Ltd) in any media other the Government’s Gazette, may be replaced by posting the acts or information to be published on the company’s website, provided the company has officially announced and registered its website address in the Company’s Registry. For the purposes of calculating time limits, publication date shall be deemed the date the company announced to the relevant Registry the posting of each act or piece of information.
