New minimum capital requirements for the formation of SA’s and Ltd’s

As of 12 December 2012, the minimum limits of required capital for the formation of SA’s and Ltd’s have been decreased to 24.000 and 2.400 euro respectively, which must be deposited in full at the time of formation of the company.
